Brittni has a real passion for helping everyone live their most pain-free and functional life possible. especially when it comes to working with members of the O2 fitness community and the community at large on preventative and rehabilitative medicine. Brittni’s specialties include dry needling, sports medicine cupping, taping, and spinal/posture correction and alignment.
